Practice for a long time

Yoga practice improves our connection between body, mind and spirit. Little by little as we breathe, stretch, and concentrate we free ourselves from thoughts and habits that prevent us from living a life of joy and happiness.

Remembering

Each day that we step on to our mat gives us an opportunity to tune in to ourselves. By quieting the mind, by focusing our attention, we can sort through all the voices that shout around us. We give ourselves the chance to hear our own true thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It is only a matter of time.
